KPU Surabaya Merespons Dukungan Warga untuk Kampanye Kotak Kosong di Pilwalkot 2024

velikaplaza.info – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kota Surabaya merespons langkah sejumlah masyarakat yang mendeklarasikan dukungan dan mengampanyekan kota kosong pada Pilwalkot Surabaya 2024. Komisioner KPU Surabaya, Divisi Sosialisasi, Pendidikan Pemilih, Partisipasi Masyarakat, dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), Subairi mengatakan pihaknya tidak bisa melarang aspirasi warga tersebut.

“Itu partisipasi masyarakat. Artinya pilihan masyarakat, ya monggo kami tidak menghalangi hal seperti itu,” kata Subairi, di KPU Surabaya, Rabu (18/9).

KPU, kata Subairi, juga tidak memiliki regulasi untuk mengatur, melarang atau menertibkan kampanye kotak kosong yang dilakukan warga. Menurutnya, regulasi yang ada hanya memungkinkan pihaknya mengatur kampanye pasang calon (paslon) kepala daerah yakni calon wali kota dan wakil wali kota.

“Kami atur regulasinya di paslon, tidak ada kemudian kita mengatur kampanye kolom kosong, tidak ada. Silakan [kampanye kotak kosong] itu kan hak mereka sendiri, kita tidak bisa melarang,” ujarnya.

Subairi menambahkan pihaknya juga akan melakukan simulasi pemilihan. Nantinya surat suara di Pilkada Surabaya hanya terdapat foto pasangan calon Eri Cahyadi-Armuji dan kolom kosong.

“Karena memang regulasinya seperti itu. Kami dari KPU Surabaya juga akan melakukan simulasi hal yang sama, tentunya menunggu hasil penetapan di tanggal 22 September 2024 nanti,” katanya.

Sebelumnya, puluhan Warga Surabaya melakukan aksi deklarasi mendukung kotak kosong di Pemilihan Wali Kota (Pilwalkot) Surabaya 2024, di depan gedung DPRD Surabaya, Senin (17/9).

Koordinator aksi Harijono mengaku pihaknya ingin mengajak masyarakat untuk memilih kotak kosong, sebagai wujud protes terhadap para pimpinan partai. Ia menilai pimpinan partai di Surabaya gagal menyerap aspirasi rakyat. Karena lebih mementingkan kekuasaan daripada kesejahteraan masyarakat Surabaya.

“Kami memilih kotak kosong sebagai bentuk penolakan terhadap calon tunggal yang diusung oleh partai partai politik yang tidak peka terhadap aspirasi rakyat,” kata Harijono.

Duet kader PDIP Eri Cahyadi-Armuji diusung seluruh partai atau 18 partai politik yang ada di Surabaya pada Pilwalkot Surabaya 2024. Dia akan melawan kotak kosong pada pencoblosan 27 November 2024 nanti.

RE mengaku tidak mengetahui nama geng yang merundungnya ketika ditanya oleh Wakil Ketua Komisi III DPR RI Habiburokhman. RE adalah siswa baru di sekolah tersebut dan belum banyak mengetahui kelompok-kelompok siswa di sekolahnya. RE hanya mengetahui bahwa ada ketua geng tersebut.

“Nama ketua gengnya berinisial K,” kata RE saat ditanya Habiburokhman soal nama ketua geng tersebut.

Di media sosial, sempat beredar video pernyataan pelapor yang menyebut dirinya telah dikeroyok oleh lebih dari 10 siswa dan dilecehkan di toilet sekolah. Kuasa Hukum SMA Binus Simprug, Otto Hasibuan membantah telah terjadi perundungan di sekolah tersebut. Menurut Otto, yang terjadi sebenarnya hanya perselisihan antar-siswa. Ia menegaskan, pihak Binus sudah memeriksa CCTV pada saat kejadian dan pasca-kejadian. Tak hanya itu, Binus memeriksa rekaman milik salah satu siswa yang ada saat kejadian.

Hasilnya memperlihatkan bahwa yang terjadi adalah perkelahian antar-siswa dan tidak ada pengeroyokan. “Berdasarkan CCTV yang ada, disana kami lihat tidak ada pengeroyokan, tidak ada bullying, tidak ada pelecehan seksual,” ucap Otto. Meski begitu, Binus School International Simprug telah memberikan sanksi pada delapan siswa yang diduga terlibat perkelahian itu.

“Sebetulnya korbanya banyak, yang saya tahu korbannya kurang lebih sekitar 15,” ungkap Arif saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa (17/9/2024).

Arif bercerita, penipuan ini bermula pada Mei 2024. Saat itu, ia mengetahui lowongan pekerjaan sebagai teknisi di PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) melalui status WhatsApp teman istrinya yang bernama Ajeng. Lowongan pekerjaan tersebut ternyata diketahui Ajeng dari suaminya yang merupakan teman dari Bripda WSN.

“Awal permasalahan ini dari statusnya Ajeng, dia istrinya polisi aktif. Dia mengunggah info (lowongan pekerjaan) dari Bripda WSN yang dipublikasikan ke status (WhatsApp)-nya Ajeng,” ujar Arif.

Merasa tertarik dengan lowongan itu, istri Arif menanyakan lowongan kerja tersebut ke Ajeng. Ajeng lantas memastikan bahwa lowongan pekerjaan ini bukan penipuan. Sebab, katanya, sudah ada yang berhasil diterima melalui lowongan pekerjaan “jalur belakang” ini.

“Ajeng ini memastikan, ‘Kita ini kan keluarga polisi, masa kita tipu. Kita enggak bakal tipu’,” kata Arif.

Arif lantas bertemu dengan Bripda WSN di rumah Ajeng. Dalam pertemuan itu, Bripda WSN menjelaskan lebih lanjut soal mekanisme pendaftaran kerja dan keperluan lainnya. Kepada Arif, Bripda WSN mengaku memiliki koneksi ke PT KAI sehingga ia bisa memasukkan orang lain sebagai pegawai lewat “jalur belakang”. Namun, Arif diminta membayar “uang pelicin” untuk dapat diterima di pekerjaan tersebut.

“(Dijelaskan Bripda WSN) untuk harga seperti masinis itu sekitar Rp 170 juta, teknisi seharga Rp 50 juta, dan yang lainnya. Saya ambil bagian teknisi,” ucap Arif.

Bripda WSN mengiming-imingi gaji sebesar Rp 8-10 juta per bulan jika Arif bekerja sebagai teknisi PT KAI. Namun, Bripda WSN mendorong Arif melamar posisi sebagai masinis. Bripda WSN berjanji Arif bakal diterima di posisi tersebut.
